Regency Auto is a good mechanic shop. Abdul is friendly and he explains everything that he did to your car once the work is done. I’ve left my car with him several times because I trust that it’s in good hands. He’s usually cheaper than the other mechanics around that area.

Very honest and professional folks, which is hard to find in this industry. They took the time to explain the repairs needed and associated cost prior to starting work. There was no up selling or surprises. I would use them for all my car repair needs.

Amazing experience! Was having problems with vibrations after a certain speed and some other small repairs. The staff was knowledgable and was able to explain the repairs needed and deliver them at a very reasonable price! Definitely will come back if I need car steffies in the future!.

Extremely satisfied with the body work. My 2016 Honda Accord front end was badly damaged in a car accident. Owner was very courteous and repaired my vehicle to factory condition within a week. He kept me informed througout the repair .

ended up here after the guy I normally dealt with at the Firestone a block away left.  Pricing is fair and the work is satisfactory. They were able to send a mechanic, Mohamed, to me to fix my mess up at a reasonable price and get the car back on the road. Went there to get my car fixed with smashed door and was very happy with the repairs. Cant tell the difference between before collision and after-fix. Had the job done at a great price too and even before the date promised. Recommend this shop for all body repairs and maintenance.

Not only did they finish the repairs for my car sooner than I expected, while they were busy fixing a lot of other cars from the Hurricane, but I was also updated while the repairs were going on. The owner was very helpful when I brought my car in with a check engine light on. He identified the problem and gave a very reasonable price (another shop quoted twice as much for the same job). Throughout the whole process he was very honest and was willing to work with me on what I needed. Overall very positive experience and I will continue going to this shop for years to come.

Had a great experience with this shop. Walked in for an estimate on some paint & body damage to my car and was given a price significantly lower than an estimate from a nearby shop. The job was completed very quickly in 2 days and looks great (see photos). Owner even texted me while the work was being done to give an update. Highly recommended!

First off, it’s difficult finding a VERY GOOD mechanic that’s not going to break the bank while trying to avoid the dealership. I’ve dealt with that problem for a good while. I finally found that with Mr. Abdul and his staff at Regency Auto Repair. I had work done on two vehicles and his prices were better than two other mechanics we quoted. They’re honest, meaning not only do they tell you what you actually need but they tell you what you don’t so that you save as much money as you can. Most important is that they’re friendly and down to earth and the hours and location are convenient. It’s an understatement for me to say that the service here is exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone needing vehicle work–especially body work–to check out Regency. I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could.

I would like to thank the time and sincerely give my humble appreciation to Mr. Abdul and his staff at Regency Auto Repair!! My Jeep got flooded during Harvey but was not considered a total loss. My insurance company was notified and I searched on yelp for the best and nearest auto repair shop around my area which led me to here. My vehicle was transferred from the tow yard to Regency. While throughout the time of the repairs, Mr. Abdul personally gave me his cell phone number and kept me up to date on the repairs by texting me and called if a problem was found. More so, when I went over my rental car time frame, he reimbursed me in full on the out of pocket costs I made! Now talk about the best and highest customer service out there! I rate the professionalism and absolute highest customer service of Regency 5/5!! If you ever need to have your car repaired, I highly recommend this place!!
